Space Adventures Part 2

“The beacon shows we’re right on top of it, but I don't see anything.” I said, looking around a barren wasteland. The blackened sky and rocky red terrain really caught my eye as i tried to find an entrance to the cave.  

“There are multiple life forms nearby, I can sense them.” Aius proclaimed, waving his staff through the air. I looked at him and smiled, his black eyes were looking emotionless as ever. 

“Good to know, maybe its pirates or something. I was worried we wouldn't have any excitement. Look at that hill. There's a cave entrance. I bet that's our ticket in.” I pointed over on a nearby rocky hill at a hole in the craggy horizon. It seemed to have light coming from inside. Pirates? Maybe, I was unsure but hopeful.  

“Oh great, this will be fun” Aius sighed as we headed toward the future.
